REQUIREMENT

A self-propelled squash harvester with good road speed and custom features to suit off-shore harvesting conditions.

SOLUTION

APPM designed built and installed a system using a K8V125 closed-loop pump, and hydraulic wheel motors. This gave the machine a top speed on the road of 38km/h as well as steady harvesting speed in-paddock.

The harvester has since been shipped to Europe for use.
